this simple equation encompasses many possible scenarios.

• are you paid a suitable amount for your work? you’ll have average happiness.
• are you lazy as hell but paid a lot? you’ll be really happy.
• do you work a lot but you aren’t paid anything? you’ll be not happy.

simple, effective, not applicable in the real world in any way.
